I had a fibroid show up on a ultrasound last week (and when i asked for a copy of my results from an ultrasound three yrs ago, it was also mentioned then, thanks for letting me know doctor!).

I have no idea what this means for ttc. Can anyone give me any information? It is 16x16x19mm... is this small or large?

Hello...

I also have a fibroid. I was told that the only time they interfere with TTC is if they are in a tricky spot or if they are so big they distort your uterus - basically if they get in the way of the embie trying to implant.

Yours sounds small - I'm saying that on the basis that mine was about that big and they said it was small. They said it was no problem because it was deep in the muscle of the uterus and not on the surface where the endometrium grows.

You should get your doctor to fully explain your results! Good luck!
