Can anyone help? I have had a two year battle trying to find a decent GP in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Can anyone recommend a doctor or clinic that is approachable and thorough?

Has anyone else had this problem? Surely I am not just being super picky?

Thanks for your help!!

Lincolnville Clinic in East Keilor have some great doctors, but I am not sure if they are taking on new patients. If in your area definetely worth a try.

Good Luck.

Go to the Yellow Pages ring up anything in Moreland, avoid places such as Coburg, Brunswick or Carlton. The only thing I'd say is make sure the doctor you choose is taking on new patients and can actually speak English.. Try Niddrie, Strathmore, Pascoe Vale where alot of the older Australian doctors still practice. My DH grew up with a surgery called Belair Medical Centre in Glenroy. Never saw him wrong. Or try further north such as Thomastown, Epping or Bundoora.
