I have a P&T pram and have been using the newborn/toddler mode for my now 2 yr old and 3 month old.
I was wondering when you started using the toddler/toddler mode as my 2 yr old is over the 15kg weight limit for the attachment and my 3 month old is not happy always lying down. I think I read somewhere that the suggested age to put a child in the attachment was 6 months but there is no way my DD wll be happy in the newborn mode for this long...
Thanks!
DS2 is not quite 5 months old and rides in the back toddler seat, has for about a month and a half, as long as bubs has good head control, it's alright. :)

:iagree:
I put bub in the back when she was about 5 months old too. I agree it's all about good head control.

i cant remember exactly but it was before 6 months as DD didnt want to be laying down anymore and wanted to see her surroundings. but she always had good head control since birth but i dont think i changed it til i knew she could sit up on her own without flopping to one side too much.

we got it when DD2 was about 9 weeks and she didn't fit so she went straight into the seat on the back (she was waaayyyy too long).
she was pretty much sitting up on her own at that point so i knew she was fine in there.
I put my DS in the toddler seat at 14 weeks as he no longer fitted in the bassinet part. He is 25" long & 8 kilos he's huge lol so not sure how long he is going to last in there TBH!!!

My DD has great head control so I think she is ready to sit in the back! :)
