View Full Version : Dip Recipes Please!
I know I can make dip by mixing things with cream cheese or maybe greek yoghurt, but have no idea what to mix in. My Mum used to use gherkin or corn relish. Both my kids tried french onion dip and capsicum dip yesterday and liked them but I don't know how to make them. DS2 thought the capsicum dip was carrot and we didn't bother to correct him - does anyone know how to make a carrot dip?
Any ideas appreciated! Thanks!

The simplest dip I make is just sour cream and about a teaspoon of curry powder stirred through. Very easy, very yummy and not hot.:chef:
Corn relish and cream cheese
Flavoured tuna (I like the Sirena tomato and onion) and cream cheese
Crushed pineapple (drained) and cream cheese
French onion soup mix and sour cream

tatzeki- natural yoghurt (can use greek but natural is less in fat) its in a white container with a green label.
garlic and either very finely chopped cucumber or grated cucumber, but squeeze the cucumber before adding it in so it doesnt go to watery.

philedelphia cream cheese
Avacado
lemon juice
diced red capsicum
