Hi there
My five year old son in uncircumised but is having UTI infections caused from an unretractable foreskin. It has been advised to put him through circumcision but I am scared from him. I don't like the idea of all the pain he will go through.
It has been also been advised to try Kenacomb cream to see if that will work in retracting the skin before having going the circumcision route.
Does anyone have any advice on using the Kenacomb cream?
