New to beenleigh

Hi everyone im new to this site and new to beenleigh we moved here four months ago from nsw.Just wanting to know if anyone knows of any play groups or mothers groups around my area.I have a 11 month old son bryce and we would like to meet other mothers and babies in our area.thanks

Hi there. I'm not sure of any playgroups in Beenleigh but I live in Edens Landing (5 mins from Beenleigh) and I have a group of friends with young bubs all under 1yr old mostly and some older who meet up regularly. We have an msn group that we chat on every day too. If you would be interested just pm me and I will give you the link to join.

Hi, I'm from Ormeau, just south of Beenleigh and I am also looking for some playgroups or mothers groups. Did you have any luck in finding any Liss? I think they charge for playgroups, does anyone have any mother's groups in the Ormeau area or close by? My DD is 8 1/2 mths and is really interested in other babies and children now. I work 3 days a week but want to start introducing her to other children to play with on one of my days off if I can. Mandy :)

I would have loved to but I work Mon to Wed. Oh well, maybe next time. I found a playgroup at Pimpama just around the corner from us so I might try this one and see what it is like. Hope you have a lovely day at the hyperdome :)

I know its hard to find days which suit everyone, so I thought if we attempted to meet up once a week (we'll see how it goes), we can change to a different day every week so those who cannot make it on certain days can still come the days they are free.

I have just joined this site after my sister sent me the link.
I have lived in Beenleigh for a few years but still don't know alot of people.

I have however found a playgroup 'Little Aussies' on Tallagandra Crt @Beenleigh Scout hall 9-11.30 tues has a vacancy ph:3807 7715 0-5 years cost: $2

There is also one at Uniting Church on Mt Warren Blv.
