Natural remedies to increase chance of conception

I was wondering if people knew of any foods/drinks that can be taken to naturally increase the chances of conception? :chef:

It's prolly easier to list things that can HINDER conception :-)

For the best possible chances both you and your prtnr should avoid all caffeinated drinks (including coke and energy drinks), alcohol, smoking, drugs, direct exposure to chemicals (like using cleaning products etc without gloves and good ventilation).

The only things I know off the top of my head to aid conception are acupunture and chinese herbal remedies, plus keeping up a good healthy diet, plenty of water and sufficient exercise, and making sure you aren't stressing about stuff too much.

ETA - Oh, and having your partner swap his briefs for boxers, and making sure not to wear too tight jeans :-)

I never really thought about coke that way. Will definitely try to cut back and encourage husband to do so also- we don't drink a lot anyway.

The cleaning chemicals was another interesting one. I never use gloves when using cleaning products!! :cool: Will definitely keep tabs on that one.
