Pre-made party food ideas

We are having a party for DD's third birthday, then in the afternoon we have our "hucks" day...
The problem is, that I will not have much time to make stuff on the day.
I want to make some things through-out the week, freeze em if I have to, so I can everything ready for the day.

Any ideas?

You can freeze cupcakes and just ice them on the day . . corn cobs can be cooked the day before. . .

Pikelets can be made a day in advance as well

Sausage rolls can be done early too just pop them in the oven to heat so they go crispy.

mini quiches....ummm cupcakes and pancakes.....

dips as well are good the next day, we have a really good catering supply place local to us with loads of stuff that you can pop in the oven like spring rolls, spinach and cheese triangle etc, see if there is one in your area.
