Do you vomit with Hand Foot & Mouth???

Hi

Ok, so DD has been sick on and off for 10 days now :( She's been vomitting and complaining about a sore tummy. We've been to our doctor and the hospital twice but no one seems that concerned because she's alright during the day, its mainly night when she's sick.

Anyway....

The day she got sick she was with her cousins who had hand foot and mouth, but no one thought to tell us until after :mad:

The last couple of days she's been saying her mouth hurts, so I'm wondering if she may be getting it?

DS just had Hand, Foot and Mouth a couple of weeks ago and he didn't vomit at all. He had a temperature on one day and the rest of the time he didn't want to eat or drink much because it hurt his mouth. He also complained about sore hands.

She might have it along with something else. Sorry I couldn't of been much of a help.

My boy had it a couple of years back, he started with an ulcer in his mouth, by 3 he was off food/drink, by 4 spots/blisters on hands, off to doctor and by about 6pm he had them on his feet to. I dont recall him vomiting though!
Just check bubs mouth, my boy had what looked exactly the same as ulcers on his tounge,inner cheek and gums.

Thanks guys, the doctors didn't think that was it but she wouldn't really let them look in her mouth, so just wanted to check! :)
