I need some advice. My dd is just over 9 months and she brings everything she eats back up again. It was alright for the first few months but now I am getting very over the fact I have to change her at least 5 times a day, changing myself 2 or 3 times a day and all the washing etc.

I have tried different formulas and also the food thickeners but nothing seems to work. I have also been told it isn't reflux as well because it is coming out with much force. She also brings both her bottles and solid foods up and she was also bringing up breast milk when I was still breast feeding. Our CHN said to try the food thickener and when that didn't work she just said to deal with it!!!!

It isn't bothering her at all as she is still a happy baby and is otherwise very healthy but we would just like to find something that will keep her from bringing her food back up.

Does anyone have any advice.....please................

Yep. Talk to your GP and/or get a referral to a paediatrian. That much throwing up can't be good.

I hope you get some answers soon :(

Kylie,
My DD started this about 7 months all of a sudden she would vomit bottles to the point where there was bile, then she started on solids too. I would see exactly the same to the point of of dry heaving again. The odd thing was that she could have another meal straight after it wasnt a sickness it was just the vomits. This went on and we had atleast one episode a day for a few months then it just stopped but every know and then we have a episode.
Eliza is under a paed and he isnt concerned at all he thinks I feed her too much  which is untrue for my little skinny minny. I noticed she vomited more on runny foods like runny weatbix but when it thickened it stuck. I think she has a loose gag reflex so instead of the little movement we get the whole thing, she also has trouble when she has been crying and starts to choke on tears. As for thickeners I can't help as we just stuck it out as it wasnt really a refluxy problem. But at 14 months she had a vomit last night ohh wonderful but they are becoming less and less
