I caved!!

Iam about 11dpo and I have felt pg for the last couple of days the most noticeable symptom being sore (.)(.)

I did a test this morning but it was about my third wee for the day and it came up very very faint posiitive and has since darkened. I went and bought another brand which is supposed to be more sensitive and got a bpn.

So now I dont know what to think, any ideas? Im thinking its just too early.

It's probably too early - don't lose hope. Even those "early tests" recommend waiting until at least 14 dpo. I think it can take up to a week for the fertilised egg to travel to the right spot to implant. Sore boobs are a good sign!

my sore boobs were my first feeling that i was pregnant too. then after a week of sore boobs i had cramping that felt like contractions. waited another week then tested and got a negitive. i knew that was wrong so i waited another week and tested again and it was positive!

A line is a line-and if it becomes darker that is an excellent sign. Probably a good idea to wait until tomorrow morning for another test to ensure the strongest hormone levels in your urine! I feel a congrats coming on......:D

morning wee is best... not as diluted, so your first is probably better. if you cant wait, test tomorrow morning

I know what you mean I'm 10dpo today and I'm at a loss as to whether to disapoint myself by testing tomorrow, even though I have sore boobs, AF pains on and off constantly since I O'd and my pants don't fit as nicely as they did last week.
Common sense me would say keep positive and test in a few days time! I wish I had the guts to wait and test on Monday!!

Hi Sarie, I have had what Ive thought is like ovulation pains on and off since I od too. When I was pg last time I felt none of this but I guess I wanst expecting to get pg so quickly either.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone.
I woke up this morn at 4.30am and decided I needed to catch that early morning wee.
I bought a pack of clear blue digital (they take all the worry of "is it a line or not") It said wait 3 mins so I took it back to bed, anyway I couldnt resist checking it after about 2 mins - in my heart I was thinking its too early af not due til tomorrow so dont get upset if its neg and what do you know it said "PREGNANT"
Im soooooooooooo excited but scared as its our first cycle after mc but the sypmtoms are stronger than last time so Im feeling positive .

Are you going to the doctor to have it confirmed? They'll do a blood test to check your HCG levels.

That's fantastic news. Congratulations!
The blood test thing must vary from dr to dr as I never had one for preg detection-the first time my GP got me to pee on a stick again. The second two times he just took my word for it! I did have all the other blood tests though.:)

I only had a urine test too last time and they only did the blood test when I was threatening to mc and thats how I knew we had lost it.

My girlfriend suggested I go and have the test for peace of mind too, so I have just been and I can get the results later today.

Its funny, with the last one I was worried all the time and I think I knew in my heart it wasnt going to be viable but this time Iam feeling really confident.
