Birthday ideas for new mum

My wife and I just had our first baby 3 weeks ago and it is my wife's birthday in about 2 weeks.

I want to do something romantic with her, but I want to take our baby along with us, so I'm struggling to come up with any ideas of something romantic we could do that still involves the baby.

I'm in Melbourne...any ideas would be appreciated.

Big question, do you have a budget?, this will be affect the options significantly buuuut some things to think about:

* At 5 weeks the baby will be sleeping, eating or calmly looking around (touch wood) so you can take them almost anywhere in there baby capsules!
* You look after Baby while she shops/gets pampered/haircut during the day
* You take her out to a nice restaurant but warn them you have a baby and ask for a quiet corner or even a private booth (if available)
* Take Mum & Bub on a picnic (low cost option) and then take some pics of the new arrival for the photo album
* For total privacy you could get a hotel room for the night and order in

I have lots to tips but I need more info if you can
