I lost

On Sunday i was cleaning the house up and i went to lay down, i had a sleep i woke up with cramps, i felt like i wet my self i went to the loo there was blood when i sat down on the loo the dear little thing come out...I had to flush it away, i was going to get it out of the loo but i decide to flush it (sorry bout the detail) i could not move i fall to the floor crying my eyes, FH was at work, he come home find me still in loo, he pick me up ask me what wrong i told him he went to the bedroom crying his eyes out,

I feel lost and numb and i dont know what to do with myself..I cant be by myself

Our 5 angel, i was 8 weeks :(:no:

This was very hard for me to type this, i have no one else to talk about this.

I went through something similar, i lost my baby at home too just over a year ago.... be kind to yourself.... make sure you & your partner look after eachother...

My DP and i not dealing with it, he wont talk about it, i numb i cant sleep i cant eat, we had a fight last night.

Let me just say, it has only just happened, its only been two days.
Everyone grieves differently, perhaps think about having a 'service' to acknowledge your loss.
We went to the beach one afternoon and threw some flowers in. Nothing huge just something to say, we are hurting and it is okay.

This is no way your fault, even though it does feel like it (I beat myself up too) you have done nothing wrong.

When DP gets home tonight, just hug him:hugs:tell him you love him:hugs:it is a hard time for you both.
