Welcome to the Sunshine State! You're making a good move ;)
Redcliffe is a very pretty spot, are you going to be living near the water?

we sure are!!
well atleast were trying to! ts quite hard finding a place when you live 15 hours away and cant jsut pop in to have a inspection! lol
found a two bedder litteraly metres from the beach, the family drove past for us and said it was tiny as though.. which has detered us a bit.
All we have to do is find a decent hosue and were there!
So if anybody knows of any houses (jsut to rent at the moment) please feel free to let me know :)

Yeah, that must be hard. Tough enough finding somewhere even when you can get around and look!
Have you tried www.realestate.com.au ? As well as showing you some houses to rent (the lists are usually pretty up to date) you could just call the real estate agents that you see are listing the properties and give them a buzz too.
Haven't been to Redcliffe for ages, though I'll be heading that way for a family BBQ in a few weekends time. For his 21st birthday my cousin has decided to celebrate by jumping out of a perfectly servicable airoplane...:barf:
There is a company there does parachute jumps landing on the beach. Good luck to him, I say. You wouldn't get me up there doing that!!

Hi lauren:smiliedance:
My name is amy.I am 23 and I live in clontarf which is a suburb in the redcliffe peninsula. There are heaps of houses that are for lease around here! I have only just been here for 5 weeks and am so excited still. Living here feels like being on holidays ! We are just so close to everything! We love taking walks down to the water and saying hi to the pelicans.
Good luck with looking for a new home! :-) When you move here , I'll have to get a group together and we'll tour you around!
I have a babygirl named Cierra , she's my little digger, born on anzac day last year! look forward to hearing from you tho, happy house hunting
Amy
I shall be moving there in the next couple of weeks also- yay for new friends... cant wait to meet everyone!
and finally settle down!
