Testing 2 days after AF is due can come up negative when you are pregnant, even if you got positive straight away with your last two pregnancies. However, you've been pregnant twice and you know what you felt like and you don't think you are pregnant, so I'd guess that you're not pregnant.
Breast feeding can definitely mess up your periods. Many women don't get their period back til after they stop breastfeeding.
My suggestion ... take another test. If negative, go and see your GP.
