I have an Avent microwave sterilizer but I did for a while have an electric one. Not Avent though but they are pretty much all the same. Does it have a sticker on the lid saying how much water to put in it? You clean out the bottles and teats etc and put them on the rack inside. Put the lid on and push the button on the sterilizer and let it do it's job.

Pretty simple. Hope this helps you.

I have the IQ Avent Electric one. It takes 90ml of water. Inside on the bottom there should be a max water line so you can always go by that.

Wash your bottles in hot soapy water.
Rinse
Put all bottles teats etc onto steriliser rack
Put in 90mls of water (I use the lid of one of the avent bottles)
Put lid on Steriliser
Press button
Walk away and have a cup of tea
(Takes about 8 minutes to sterilise)

Will be one of your best purchases!!!

I already agree its a great buy.... i've bought one and have been busily testing it out:thumbsup:

1. Measure 90mls in a jug or what not and pour into the steriliser machine (if the water goes past the "max" line on both sides you've got too much water, so tip it out and try again. But if you've got the 90mls right u shouldnt have to worry. Then u add your racks. Turn it on at the wall, and press the button.

Also- the holders just stack together however you need them to... you can do three rows of teat cleaning if you wanted to! :D
