Hi Ladies
I would like to start a thread for anyone who is suffering with SPD so we can all offer each other some support through our pregnancies. As you may have seen from my previous thread, I am 22 weeks preggers and have had it for about 6 weeks now.
It is making life quite hard as I have a toddler to look after as well but would imagine it would be hard regardless of whether you have any other kids or not.
I think it would be a good idea to share tips for managing the pain, and to just cheer each other up and try to see the lighter side of things. Hardly anyone I know has even heard of it, let alone had it and I know that it would help if I could be in contact with other women who have either been through it or who are going through it at present.
