Cleft lip or Hydronephrosis??

I am just wondering if anyone else has a child with either of these conditions, more-so the cleft. My oldest son has bilateral hydronephrosis and got given the all clear 4yrs ago (though I have since heard that the growth spurt at puberty could cause problems). My daughter was born with a cleft lip and is due to start her dental work this year and I have no idea what to expect, so I'm hoping someone can help me out a little in that area.

My son was born with a unilateral cleft lip and palate in 2004. He hasn't started any detal work yet. Have you contacted CleftPals? They are mainly based in Qld, but have contact people in many other states. They also have a website with stories about procedures from the kids and parents points of view. Not sure what it is, but if you look up "cleft pals" on google it should bring it up.

Hi, thanks for replying. I have had a quick look at the Cleftpals website, but not a detailed look. I will have to have another look and see if I can find info on dental stuff, I know they had a lot of info there on feeding and surgeries..........all of which was irrelevant to us as we didn't have the internet until Brooke was one, lol.
