Lion King

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has seen The Lion King at the Regent Theatre?

If so, can you tell me what it was like. I've got tickets for next week and can't wait so if anyone can give me a bit of a review that would be great.

oooooooooh can i come too?? i wish, bit of a pitty i live all the way up in Qld :rolleyes: from wat ive seen on tv the show is spectaculour and my cousin has seen it and all good reports from her too!!

I saw the show in Sydney and the word "impressive" springs to mind.

The costumes are pretty fantastic, as is the set. The talent is pretty good too - the singing and dancing and so forth.

The storyline is pretty much exactly that contained in the cartoon but that's to be expected.

I thoroughly enjoyed it.
