Hi guys. My daughter is now 13 months old & starting to eat more & more each day but I am running out of ideas of what to feed her to keep her healthy & strong but also have it tasting nice. I dont want to feed her the same things all the time, so i was wondering if neone had any good ideas of lunch & dinner meals that i could cook up for my bubs!
hi krissy
my daughter claudia is now 18 months but has pretty much been eating the same foods from about 12 months old such as
- sandwiches or toast with vegemite, peanut butter, jam, cream cheese, advocado, mashed banana, deli meats, cottage cheese and tuna....also baked beans, spag bol, pasta bake, roast veg, steam veg, maccaroni cheese, homemade hot chips, fish fingers, rissotto/rice, melted cheese and tomato on english muffins, homemade pizza, mashed potatoe with peas & grated cheese, roast chicken shredded up, purree veg with finger food to dip into it, sliced fruit, custards, yoghurts, homemade creamed rice, puree fruit, homemade muffins, fruit bars, chopped sausages, porridge with sultanas, fruit toast, potatoe salad, cheese sticks, grated apple, milk/yoghurt/fruit shakes.
gee i could go on and on !!!! its so much easier when they start to eat adult food, your bub might not yet be able to handle some of the above , but it wont be long.
hope this helps you
