Does anyone have trouble with their nappies leaking when their bubs does a poo? 5 month old DD does one poo a day and it nearly always comes out the legs and back. We use Huggies predominantly but have tried Babylove and Snugglers.
Any ideas for preventing these "accidents" would be greatly appreciated :)
Are you doing them up so they are firm around bubs legs? Are you pulling the leak guards up before you put the nappy on bub? Maybe bub needs a longer nappy to prevent the leaks out the back of the nappy...
Normally I use Bebes or Woolies Homebrand nappies (NOT Woolies Selects), these are pretty good, but only have single leak guards around the legs, Huggies have double. The Homebrand ones are also longer than Huggies.
I had the same problem with Huggies, Babylove and Snugglers
The only ones that didn't are Aldi Mamia brand. We might have a mishap once a week or so? They have a much higher waist so there's more nappy to catch it :) Also, the leak protectors that you pull out at the legs seem to be bigger.

I noticed that when DS started leaking through his nappies, it was time to go up a size...
Good luck
