Hi, just wanted to know if anyone has seen a travel bed they can recommend for my 2yr old. With no 2 arriving in dec it will have the porta cot and ds will need a sleeping solution. We dont want a swag for him as yet as they are too big and too much of a suffocation issue until he is bigger. We would use it for camping and other over night trips so something that doesnt let the cold in, and something not too big so it packs in the car easily!!

hi there we have the blow up sleeping bag thingy too and our two yr old loves it( its a air matress with a removable cover) but if you want somthing more secure like a porta cot have you seen the "kinda kot"? there like a little pop up tent with a mattres inside specialy made for the older child, we are thinking of getting one for when we go camping this summer, ive seen them on ebay but you could try camping stores or looking them up online there made by the "the kinder kompany"

We have a kinder kot, and I just love it. It's so light and portable and takes seconds to assemble and pack away. We take it camping, to friends houses, or when we go away. It's big enough for a 4 year old, and it's a lovely secure little bit of space for your kid no matter where you are. Our porta cot which we bought first lies packed up in a cupboard at my parents place...

We got the kinder kot at a baby shop

DD1 (3ys) and DD2 (almost 2 yrs) have been sleeping in the kids camping beds from Kmart. It's kind of like a folding swag with a sleeping bag that you can zip up (but I don't). It's about the same length as a cot mattress but not as wide. They've had them since Christmas and have always had a good night's sleep in them
