What colours are the Snappis that work best?
Is there another way to hold together terry nappies?

I think that's all . :D

hmm I swear by the green ones ... BUT remember ... they need to be stretched before use (just like a balloon) - its a great activity to do while watching tv.. (otherwise a tedious task :D) the more they are stretched... the better they work

now worries hon :D

umm well we were give at least 10 at the baby shower... but I can rarely find more that 2 at any one time  - it helps to have a few spare lying around... nothing worse than a naked bubs and no nappy :)

- it depends if you are going to mainly use terries or fitted... cause with most fitted you dont need them...

yeah Terries for when I do want to use them :) (ie: when the fitted ones are all in the wash)

Thanks Mrs Veve :D You rock. :)

OH also I gave husband a quick rundown on how to fold nappies, he's a pro doing it with face washers (WHICH his mum used to put his premmie-bum in when he was wee-little bubsicle)

I have some terries but I am so sure that I need to go shopping. I'll let you know next time husband says "Here's money go shop"

he says he was 5lb.. but he was about 4 or 5 weeks prem.. I'll have to ask his mum how much he weighed.. I wonder if 5lb was his 'term' weight, IYKWIM (his mum said that he was little at his term weight but I can't remember what she said)

I just realised how that sounds "here's money go shop"

Chris and I do combine incomes and what-not but, because I tend to spend money on ****.. and I do it rather quickly.. I normally ask him if I can shop.. even tho' I could anyway with no consequence, it's just good to have his blessings sometimes :p

And sometimes he'll say "Hey, on Friday if you wanted to go out and spend some, then have fun!" :D He's a good lad, looks after his wifey's shopping habits.

Like today.

"So.. buy anything today."
"...... is this a trick question?"
".... what did you buy?"
"eerrrrrrrrr...." LOL

Chris weighed in at 5lb 1oz. *nods*was due late september, arrived mid-august. Silly boy, he's spent the rest of his life catching up for that earliness by being late for every other damn thing! :p

Do the different colours mean something? Now I'm confused!

I love the new tabs they have though instead of those stupid rings

no Luc... the different colours dont technically mean anything... some people just feel that particular colours grab and stretch better than others... not all agree ... but generally I think its the green and white that get the most thumbs up (I had one blue one... and HATED it)

No WAY!! I'm so out of the loop.

My blue one is fine - maybe I'm just so talented that anything would work for me ;)

OH lucy :shame: aren't you up with the information in the cloth world

I think lots of people prefer different colours for different reasons... (shrug)

I just haven't had any issues with green ones.. (I had one white one that was useless... dodgy .. but I think it was a different brand??)
