View Full Version : HELP...I need a new hairdresser
I was wondering if one or many of you Gold Coast ladies could offer some suggestions on a really good colourist & blow dryer on the GC.
My lovely fantastic hairdresser of 8yrs has moved salons & I don't really want to drive over 40min to get to her & I am not keen on loreal colours(what her new salon uses)
For those of you that don't know me I have very thick long hair & when I get a blow dry I am very fussy & I love it to be all bouncy & nice(kinda like Bold & the Beautiful style :D) so I would love a hairdresser that is good at everything.
I went to Oscar Oscar at PF & to get a full head of colours(tint, foil etc) & a cut & blow dry was going to be $490 :eek: I almost passed out! I know it would be beautiful but I just can't pay that
So please style gurus help me :crying:

Hey Hunny, My hairdresser is Kerry at Michael Dib at Pac Fair. I've followed her from Colorado to there, she is awesome.
For cut, foils, tint and style its normally around $200
i've been seeing her for years :D

I also go to Konc at Chirn park. Jolene is my stylist, I followed her there from her old salon in oxenford.
I highly recommend her and the whole team.
I would recommend my Dad, he is so pricey though. It is ridiculous!
I have heard good things about Konc aswel.:yes:

i found a great hairdresser in palm beach, my dh gave me a gift voucher for mothers day to get a facial and hair done, so while i was there i had a facial and had my hair straightedned and trimmed(i have long thick hair too:yes::yes:) when she finished i looked great, as my hair is usually frizzy,
oh yeah , the hairdressers name is Heidi and she has a small salon room in THE SANCTUM healing centre, its on gold coast hwy near 14th ave corner palm beach, she used to work in a salon in tugan but now runs her own hairdressing on her own, she is really good and her prices are great, she uses all natural product colour dyes and she will make u look beautifull, I take my dd to get her hair done there and she is good with children too:thumbsup:
