I was wondering if all you lovely WW ladies could help me.

I had my dd about three months ago and am wanting to start losing weight.

I did WW about 10 years a go and still have all the books. But how many extra points are advised if you are breastfeeding exclusively?

MM, I'm currently doing Weight Watchers at home and am breastfeeding my DD.

It all depends on what weight you are to start with, but I'm currently on 28 points a day. I've been back on Weight Watchers for over three months and I usually lose around half a kilo a week, which is exactly what they aim for when you're breastfeeding so your supply isn't effected.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Thanks for the reply and congrats on the weight loss :yelclap:

I know how many points i need for my weight, but i just thought that they would add a couple if you are bf.

Yes you do earn yourself more if you are breastfeeding. I think roughly about 5 points but I am sure someone can work it out for you.
