Cheesecake Recipe Question

I bought a can of Nestle condensed milk the other day as it had a recipe for Toffee Chip Cheesecake on it. It looks sooo yummy problem being it does not say what type of toffee thing to put into the cheesecake or even how much.

In the ingredients list there is no mention of toffee at all! So I am really stuck as to what I should use and how much! Looking at the picture it looks like chocolate and toffee!

Any suggestions?????

Does it have brown sugar in it? I can't remember what is used to make toffee but think it is basically carmelised sugar so maybe that is part of the recipe instructions rather than toffee as an ingredient?
