Hi there,
Lately dd has been getting spots about 6 at a time on various parts of her body they look red around the spot with a pimple like spot in the middle she has had it a number of times in the last couple of weeks and i cannot figure out why:confused: .Tonight i dressed dd didnt notice any spots went to the shops came back and had about 6 on her tummy and belly and a few more on her legs.I am thinking a food allergy but the question is what?I know they arnt bites because the clothes were clean and she wasnt playing in sand and wasnt in bed.Its either gotta be food or the washing powder we use.Any suggestions greatly apreciated.

Maybe you should also look at whether it could be the likes of chicken pox or measles. Im not sure though as i never had them as a child so im not much help am i :o
Otherwise it could be an allergy but that tends to present itself with hives or so ive found with myself & bubs as we are both allergic to citrus in large quantities.

I would be taking her off to the hospital if it gets worse or the doctors at least tomorrow as you dont really want to take a risk of its something serious.

it could be a sensitvity to the clothes or washing powder you use or heat rash. MY DS gets heat rash and they are tiny little red dots but go away after a few days they dont bother him. if you are worried take her to the dr's

:) you could try using a washing powder made for sensitve skins :) see if the dots appear after that.

Thats a good idea its prob nothing to worry about the spots are going now and no more have appeared. But i will try a washing powder for sensative skin.
