:eek: :smiliedance: im thinking if i should have a baby shower? my mum sez that i should because i will need all the things i can get. i have no idea what i do about having a baby shower as this is my first child.do i just invite people like a party or what?

You can do what ever you like there are no hard and fast rules. Just have some food, drinks a get together and if you are into games there are various baby shower games you can play. I love baby showers, they are fun.

A couple of my friends and my mum have got together to organise mine! So far the only thing I know about it is the date, that its at my mums and the people I chose to invite!

I was trying to avoid it, but one of my friends that is organising is also pregnant, and her sentiments were "if I have to have one, you have to have one"...

I guess it can't be a bad thing!
