hello ladies
for the past week i havent been able to sleep well , i wouldnt call it pain but a tingly feeling that starts at my left shoulder goes down my arm to my hands and fingers it feels like my whole arm and hand need streching i cant seem to get this feeling to go away,, it usually only happens at night, does anyone know what it could be

It could be Carpal Tunnel Syndrome... I have heard it can be a pregnancy symptom... maybe if you do a google search on it... and mention it to your middies...

The good news is it usually disappears post delivery, although that doesn't help you get any more sleep now!! :hugs:

It could also just be a pinched nerve...I had it during pregnancy as well.
