ive woken up with a migraine... im just sitting here so i dont fall asleep. I have poor eyesight and it might be that, i didnt sleep well, i didnt drink any water yesterday, im stressed out with work, so i guess its all combined id say. but ouch. Its behind my eyes.
Come on nurofen....
I cant get anyone for my DD so im going to have to try and make do until the nurofen kicks in....
what works for you when you get them? I usually take some pain killers, try and rest, and then have a vomit then im ok.
