FSH? Is it successful? I've kinda been told how it works but can anyone else tell me more? I was expecting to go on Clomid but the Dr decided to go the FSH way? Also, my DH is not entirely happy about it because he says that it is a turn off as it is not natural. Can anyone please give me any pointers to talk to him about this and explain it better to him please?

I have just finished my 2nd course of FSH, which I am using with clomid (clomid days 2-6, FSH days 6-10). It is pretty easy to use - the pen that you inject with is not as scary as I first thought it would be. My understanding of it is that it is a hormone which just supplements the one we make ourselves, but perhaps we are not making enough of so it stimulates the ovaries to produce a follicle which will hopefully contain an egg. As far as your husband is concerned, I would tell him that your problems falling pregnant may have something to do with all of the man made stuff in our lives, so it may just take a man made solution to solve it!
Good Luck!!!
ps. My 1st cycle was cancelled (my ovaries are in the slow class at egg making school) and I have my fingers crossed for a + this month.
