My 3rd bub is due in nearly 3 weeks..I currently have a 3 yr old and 18 mnth old..my 18 mnth old is a real Mummies boy...
My question is: Is the adjustment for number 2 the same as it was for for my first son?? My kids will all be 19 mnths apart..
Will he feel jealous when I bring my home my new baby??? I am not as anxious as I was when I bought number 2 home..
Any responses will be greatly appreciated...:)

Hi Tina, I've been wondering a similar thing about the arrival of babies 3 and 4! Ours are 4 and almost 2. I reckon, if anything, it will be easier this time as our 2 year old will have the 4 year old to play with and to 'take cues from'. When he arrived and sister was 2, she was left to her own devices or entertainment when I was feeding etc. This way, they can play together and when she is helping with the babies he can see the positive role modelling.
That said, I'm not thinking it is going to be easy - just that if I make too big a deal of it, then maybe he will as well?
Will be interested to hear what others with kids of similar age have to say!

I am thinking that I may have a similar problem. When we had Ryan, the twins were understanding as they are 9 years older than he is. This time around, Ryan will be 2 the day before munchkin is born. I am not sure how he will react.
At this stage, I have encouraged Ryan to put his hand on my belly and say "Hi bubby" but I am unsure if he will be so accepting once bubs is born.
We bought a car seat for bubs yesterday and told Ryan it is for bubs. It is still in the box and Ryan keeps going up to it saying "bubby's".
