cramping!

Well i am cd 22 today. I have no idea if or when i have o'd. But i have been having af like cramps for the last two days! have even woke me up. Has anyone else had this????

Hi..I experienced lower back cramps, lower abdomen and bloating pain when I ovulated this month..and yeah, they even woke me up at night!!

I'm not sure if it was because this is my first month off the pill or not, but there was plenty of CM to confirm I had ovulated :yelclap:

Unless its unbearatble then I wouldn't worry about it, but obviously if you don't feel right then its prolly best to check with your doc :yes:

Hi.I have only been charting and paying attention to my cycle for the last 3 months but i have definately noticed that i get AF type cramps very very mildly just before/around ovulation.Then after i have ovulated, more AF cramps but stronger, and very sore boobs. This lasts until im about 7dpo then it disappears.Then im ok until the day before AF arrives when the cramps start up....AGAIN!

I swear I have never had so many different pains in my life as I have this last month!!

I'm convinced half of them at least are some psychotic invention of my brain. I'm guessing as the months go on I'll get better at distinguishing what could actually be O pain, and what is just me noticing every little cell that moves because I'm so obsessed with what is happening with my cycle! :o
