View Full Version : Mothers Choice Stroller
Hi there!
Has anyone used the Mothers Choice 3 wheel strollers? In particular the Megano one? I'm thinking of getting this one but can't find any reviews on it. Is Mothers Choice a decent brand?
I'm currently using a 4 wheel stroller (bertini and an emmaljunga - both on loan) but find them a bit bulky and heavy to use. Also what's the general opinion on 3 wheelers vs 4 wheel strollers?
Thanks for any advice or tips!
I have just purchased the new Mothers Choice 3 wheeler. I think it's called the Elite????
It's not on their website yet, but I bought it from KMart - they are on sale, but that might end today I think. You could check out the Kmart website, it should have a copy of the catalogue with the pram in it.
I bought it because I needed one that would take a toddler seat. I checked out all the others on the market and found that they were all not quite what I wanted. Either too heavy, too expensive, too unstable or too bulky to lift.
I'm wrapped with the one I bought. I was looking at the Marine one but I couldn't see any difference between that and the Elite. I rang the company and they were a bit vague (Ok, very vague actually) but said that the only differences "looked like" the wheels (the Elite were spoked wheels) and the Marine had a bit of extra padding. I couldn't tell why the Marine was over $100 more expensive, so I bought the Elite.
We went for a spin in it yesterday and it's great. Let me know if you want any more info about it.
I think Mothers Choice is mostly available in department stores rather than baby bunting/babyco etc and is low-middle price range.
Just bought the Mothers Choice 3 wheel stroller and I think it is great - especially since I paid $99.97 for it from Target!!! I don't know why it is so cheap in comparison to the other strollers - it doesn't have a boot cover but it works fine otherwise!
Thanks for your input - it was nice hearing from someone else who liked the stroller as well! :)
