Hey ladies,
Can anyone identify this on Ava's palm?

I noticed a few days ago she had a small welt on her palm (where the redness is now), it was just a slight pale welt so I forgot about it as she seemed fine and I figured it was from when she had falled over outside that day.
A couple of nights later I noticed she was rubbing the palm on her pants like it was itchy, so the next morning I checked it and it was like the photo. Very red where the itch was and little tiny bumps spreading over the hand because of her scratching.
Anyhoo, today I noticed my left palm is a little itchy! I checked it and I have tiny little bumps on it now.
Any idea what it could be? I was thinking she'd had an allergic reaction to something outside but I'm not so sure now.
I've been putting her cortisone cream on her palm occasionally, but it hasn't done anything.
Should I take her to the gp?
Cheers :)
PS Here's my hand:

It's the same palm too. Weird.
