I'm doing really well on my weightloss atm :yelclap: gone down a dress size and a half at a push :p
I wana change my diet again, as I dont want to keep to the same boring routine, and then binge etc, so 2nite I fancy meat. I dont know wot kinda of meat, just something nice and juicy but still healthy. I do want the whole meal to be healthy, I'm just completely stuck for ideas. I've scanned the net, and theres nothing that I fancy :no:
Oh and I cant do salad again lol I want a good old fill-me-up meal that tastes great, but is healthy aswell.
So any ideas would be great :D

ok i like my meals to be versions of my fav stodgy ones:D...

theres always the good old stirfry.. with or without carbs.. if your going to use rice measure it out... just one cup max...

i love mashed potatoe... but when losing weight i swap it for mashed pumpkin, some mixed veg and a steak:D ohh love morrocan spices on beef, lamb and chicken:yes:

or a mountain bread wrap.. fill it with chicken breast, light cheese, tomatoe, grated carrot lettuce.. any fav salad vegies... and a piece of fruit or a low fat yogurt to end it....

you cant go past a home made stew... or soup... even in a can..

hard to know what to think of, when i dont know your tastes...

oh heres my fav... only have one though... its hard to stop at one

soft tacos made with chicken breast, use light cheese, and low carb tortillas.. add your normal lettuce, tomatoe.. and taco seasoning and taco sauce... mmmmm....

Choose leaner cuts of meat and maybe try something in the slow cooker with some meat, yummy vegies served on some mash or some rice.

You made me well hungry bronny-jane lol I ended up having loads of veg, with some steak and gravy!! mmmmm makes me hungry thinking bout it now!
