Hi there,
I'm not sure if Phillip Island is exactly in 'East Victoria'..??
Anyway, we're moving there in a few weeks (just found out today!), and I'd love to find out about any mothers groups, child healthcare facilities, parents rooms, etc... Does anyone live on the Island?
I have a one month old son. (Fingers crossed the flight/drive/move goes well!)
