Mums to be SOR

Hello

I'm a mum to be in Armadale and would like to chat with anybody else who is pregnant in the area. I'm due in August 2005 and I'm 24 now although I'll be 25 when our baby girl is born.

This is our first baby, and I don't have any freinds with children so I'm looking to find some new friends that are pregnant and around the same age as me.

I haven't been to an anti-natal class as yet (my first one is tomorrow) and I'm hoping I meet some new contacts there but I thought I'd try out here as well!

Love to hear from anyone in the same position as me! (first child, absolutely clueless about what's going to happen in the second half of the year!!!)

Congrats on your pregnancy, this is a fantastic site and you're guaranteed online friends :) I'm a first time mum to Jack, 14 weeks, and it is the most amazing (and challenging :p ) thing I've ever done.

How's your pregnancy going? Any morning sickness, cravings? Thid is a great place to learn and share in a supportive (non-judgemental) environment, welcome!!

Hi Brookey and mammajack!

Congratulations on your new addition mammajack, and your pregnancy Brookey. I haven't experienced any cravings although I do temp easily. If I see an add on TV for something that takes my fancy then I just HAVE TO HAVE IT!! My poor husband was sent to the shop at 9.50pm on Tuesday night because I saw an add for butterscotch lollies!

Morning sickness - yes at the beginning but my lovely doctor gave me some little pills that stopped it in it's tracks. I stopped taking them after the 3 month mark and I haven't experienced any since. Thank goodness. I hate feeling ill.

Good luck for today Brookey!! I hope everything goes nice and easily for you! Let us know all about your beautiful little one once it arrives and when you have time!! I've heard it's pretty hectic the first month or so!
