constantly sick!

so im looking for an answer in regards to my own health.

Since having DD 3months ago, i have been sick with viral infections 4times(from what i can remember) and it seems like its never going to end...
could child birth have altered something to do with my immune system?

this just seems never ending, and i dont want to make DD sick. ive already done it once, and felt horrible for it. dont want it to happen again!

what could it possibly be? arnt people only meant to get the flu like twice a year?

IDK??? Maybe your immune system is not as good as before because your body is run down from having a new bub around, waking you at all hours, etc. Make sure your diet is excellent and full of fruit & veges and Iron. :goodvibes::goodvibes::goodvibes:
