AF MIA since preg with no. 1

Af still not back yet. How can i know when to ttc? It is so frustrating because i'm constantly thinking i could be pregnant. Anyone with similar experiences or advice?

yep i know where your at!! i had bubs at the end of oct, and i had spotting in early jan. gathered it would be all good to ttc... iv been on vitex for 13days now and finally got af back yesterday (properly!) hopefully now something will happen... are you breast feeding?? maybe give vitex a try.... ? good luck anyway! its so frustrating!

Have you been breastfeeding? That affects when your AF comes back sometimes.
I breastfed my baby to 10 months and didnt get my AF back until a few months after I stopped. As soon as they came back we started trying for baby no. 2 and voila!

Yes i am BF and would love to keep going unitl Isi is 1. Could i take vitex while BF? I still have heaps left from before.

Not sure on the Vitex thing. Probably a good idea to check with your doctor on that one.
As for the AF issue - a lot of women dont get it back until they finish BF. That said, you can fall pregnant while breastfeeding - and there's a lot of women who do and continue breastfeeding both babies once the new one arrives!

im not sure on the vitex while breastfeeding either, check with either dr or natropath.... i stopped breastfeeding 2 months ago..... you could also see natural family planning as they showed me how to get preg while still breastfeeding (if you have NFP over here -iv just moved from new zealand) again, good luck :)
