Hi, I just wanted to chat with anyone who will be having their first baby next year :) I'm in WA and would like to talk with any mum's to be living SOR. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and due to have my first baby in January.

I live SOR in Perth and am due with my first on 4 Feb. Which hospital are you going to? I'm off to Murdoch SJOG. Have you had your 19 week scan? Did you find out the sex of the baby? :)

Hi, had my ultrasound about two weeks ago now - having a little boy :) Going to Armadale Hospital. Have you bought many baby things yet? I've bought bits and pieces, but at least I can start buying blue things now!

My edd is 20th Jan but it is my #3

My big girls are at school (5 and 7yrs) and I am attempting my first vaginal birth so it's kinda like my first bub again!?!?!?!

Mum2BinJan - I'm having my first boy too!

I'm in Hammy Hill and because I am vba2c I will have to go in to KEMH (if I decide to go in to hospital) ;)

soonmum2be - I just spent a week on prac at SJOG Murdoch.... LOVE-LEEEEE, just like popping in to a hotel only the magical baby fairy comes instead of room service!!! (Actually you still get the room service, Gosh, you should've seen the chocolate eclairs for morning tea last week!) :chef:

I get to buy a whole lot of new stuff because my girls had such second hand things that most of it had to go and of course most of our stuff was PINK!

It is great that you are searching out other mums due around your date and living close by! I am in Perth too, but my bub is growing up a bit now! Ready for number two sometime soon hopefully!

I wanted to invite you to a Meet a Doula morning tea in Freo on Nov 26th at 10am. We meet at the Community Midwifery centre, just for a chat and to answer any questions you have, absolutely no obligation to usa a doula or pick somewhere there that you meet. If you would like more info on doulas and what they do come and join us.
