I'm planning to use baby beehinds as my night time nappies and I just want to know if I have too much or not enough.

I am planning to buy
3 Bamboo Fitted (One-Size)
2 Wool Covers in Small, Medium & Large
2 Bamboo Fold-Ups (Night Boosters)

Lastly is the nappy on a newborn bulky enough that I can get away without the small covers and just use the medium straight out or is it just safer to use the small to prevent leaks.

how old is your bub?
You will need to ensure that the nappy cover touches bubs belly all the way around.. if you can see or feel the BBB nappy then the cover is too small and you may get leaks.

I find they are ok for my DD who is a heavy Wetter (14 months old) at night. and she requires the extra boosting. However even the large wool cover (she is only 10kg) is too small to fit over the boosted nappy andnow i use longies or shorties instead to ensure i have enough rise to cover the nappy. She is a tummy sleeper and thus wets more to the front and before doing this with a BBH wool cover her singlet and pj top would be soaked as well.

I have now 2 x night nappies and use my BBB for day naps and everyda y use. I find the boosting in the night nappy (about 18 layers of bamboo ) and the high rise is what DD needed to stop the leaks!
