Have you checked out our **NEW** Recipe Section (http://www.bubhub.com.au/recipes/index.php) yet? Due to popular demand, and designed with you in mind, the Recipe Section (http://www.bubhub.com.au/recipes/index.php) has some very scrummy food ideas for you to tempt even the fussiest little eater (insert toddler!!).

In the Recipe Section (http://www.bubhub.com.au/recipes/index.php), you can add in your favourite culinary delight - including a picture if you have one, you can rate other recipes that you've tried, you even get to post comments on how it turned out! How cool!

As a super-special incentive, the chef (that's you!) of the best NEW recipe added during August will win their very own copy of the fantastic cookbook for all busy parents, 4 Ingredients 1 (http://www.bubhub.com.au/newsletteraug0803.php).

So, check out your recipe cards (Brie Hodges (nee Van De Camp) fans will know what I mean here!!) or find that family favourite handed down from generation to generation and share it with us all.

I, for one, would love to try some new recipes! How about you?

One of our family’s favourite quick meals is mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables and a tin of tuna.

The meal does not require detailed recipe instructions as you can imagine.

The way I like to make mash potatoes is to make sure all the little bits of yucky potato is cut out, make sure it is well cooked.
Mash with butter, margarine and sometimes with a little grated cheese. It's nice for a change once and a while.

Vegetables of choice, maybe some broccoli, peas, beans, corn, carrots etc.

Then it is the person’s choice of tuna whether it is plain or a flavoured tuna.

It’s quick and easy.

We purchase the smaller tins of tuna mostly, a mixture of black pepper, tomato, spicy etc as they are good for packed lunches and if someone wants to have tuna on sandwiches/plain or toasted or tuna and mashed potato, or tuna and salad they can use the individual servings and not have to worry about using the rest before it goes off.
