Hi Ladies,

Maybe TMI for some, but just wondering how long it will take to get back to normal in the BEDROOM!!

I had a c/s so just wondering how others went with their recovery and when the sex was remotely back to normal. I still feel a bit numb above my scar.

When i was in the last stages of Pregnancy i could not wait for my little bubs to come out so i could do the deed without a big belly in the way, now there is no belly, but tummy is still not right! Feel soooo sorry for my poor DH too, i bet he wants me back in action too

Hey, I had a C/S too and my scra is still numb. DH and I have just got 'back on the horse' in the last 2 weeks. Felt the same but I found it hard to relax with the baby in the house...maybe that's just me!

Sorry can't say as I am still bleeding since having the c-sec so there is no action yet-poor DH we were not allowed cause of complications from 11 weeks of pregnancy-lol.

But I agree also with Melmc- I haven't even felt like it as with bub- I find it hard to switch from mum to lover..... I just feel like my body is functional atm- not for pleasure- but I guess we will see once it actually comes to it.

Not there yet and a v-birth! Still recovering and getting used to having a baby in the house. I keep thinking he will wake all the time and am too distracted. DP will just have to wait a bit.

Hi

Not there yet either and I had a v-birth. I am still having a tiny bit of discharge since the birth so dh said to wait a little longer. Maddison is 5 weeks old tomorrow so hopefully we can again soon.

My dh has been great and I can still "please" him and I know he is happy with that. We have our little princess so he is over the moon.

We've done the deed a few times in the last week but its by no means normal :o Mainly we do it in the middle of the night when Gab's sound asleep and Lachlan's having his bigger sleep so i dont need to worry about him.

I also had a v-birth but i had a 9pound bubba  so things are still taking their toll a little if you know what i mean.

Just take your time and try not to rush or put any pressure on yourself. It will happen when its right for you.

Thanks so much for your replies. My bleeding stopped after 3 weeks so i was lucky with that. Things have gotten better each week, still by no means as comfortable as pre-baby yet though have to be very gentle
Maybe i am getting the pains of v-birth & numbness from c/s as I went into spontanious labour, but ended up having an emerg c/s.
Having bubs in the house has not worried me, just have to wait till she is sleeping!!!!
Ellie13 - you poor thing, a whole 6+ months with no doing the deed, how did you both cope!! Hope you are back to normal soon :)
Everyone else with bub in the house worries, relax, they dont know what your doing and that is how they got here in the first place!!!
