where is some good places to get pul and bamboo?

In alphabetical order I've used

Nappies Covered and
Pookey Pockets

for both PUL and Bamboo

Fairy Fabrics and
Snaps Australia for Bamboo

I don't think Snaps Australia sells PUL, but Fairy fabrics sells Minky PUL.

Does that help? I'm assuming you want to get it all from the one place to save on post :)
