Hey there Bub Hubbers :)
I would like to know what you think of these names. I have two little darlings and one on the way and are considering names for our little 'bubble'. We like Maya for a girl, but are having a little trouble with boys names. What do you think of Seth, Beck and Zeke??? I appreciate any thoughts you may have. Thankyou. :)
Quinn 8.3.01
Ella 12.4.03

Hi thanks for replying :)
My husband and I always loved the name Quinn and called him that as soon as our ultrasound confirmed a boy, it's simple and strong.
Ella was always going to be our little girls name, 'Ella' is petite and looks like a little pixie, so the name really suits her.Unfortunately it has become VERY popular though. The first two were no brainers, but I'm finding it difficult to choose for 'bubble'. Although I'm only 6 weeks pregnant, so I have plenty of time to decide. I would like something similar to the style of the first two, something with a bit of character.
Thanks again :)
I like Maya for a girls name, Seth and Zeke arn't bad but Beck just makes me think of David Beckam.
Good luck have fun choosing
Hiya
How would you pronounce Zeke? I like Seth though, if we are to have another boy i have demanded the name Jayden. My hubby got a choice when it came to our daughter 'molly' but if we have another girl we're going to go with the name Eden...
Mogg xx
My pick is Zeke then Seth. I really don't like Beck for a boy as it reminds me of Rebecca. People could mistake your ds for being a girl if that makes sense and that would be annoying.

Hey there
Thanks everyone for your comments. I think we're heading towards Seth at the moment and still love Maya for a girl. I would say Zeke as 'Zeek'. Thanks again, I look forward to chatting in the future.
Bye :)

I loovvvvvveeeee Seth But Seb is even better :p Good luck with the name picking. I had to pick two at once.. and gee wasn't that hard..
I taught a boy called Zeke and he was a nice, smart kid and the name was quite spiffy. I have never been a fan of Seth I must admit. It reminds me of the word sloth unfortunatley. Sorry. Beck is not bad, but does sound like the nickname for Rebecca.
So, personally, I like Zeke :)
I don't really like any of them - sorry :o. Seth is the best of them, Zeke makes me think "redneck" and Beck reminds me of Rebecca or that singer Beck.

I really like Seth, Not that I watch the O.C., but I have 2 younger sisters who come to stay and rave about the guy whose name is Seth Cohen, which I really like as a first and middle name... We have picked Jude Colin as our little man's name, I have loved the name Jude for years, so no I didn't get it from Jude Law, I had a pair of specs which had the words " Hey Jude " on one of the arms and thought it would make a neat boys name if ever I have a little boy, And can't get it out of my head... So Jude it is, my husband doesn't like it much, but said if he get's a boy he get's what he wants, and I get what I want by naming him... Colin is after my husbands Dad, who passed away almost 2 years ago from an unfortunate accident... So, it had to be part of our babys name... I did like kalen for a middle name though... So our kids are Raoni, Lily and Jude... I think they all go quite well together, what do you think? :)

I just adore Maya - it's a beautiful name. I like Seth - actually I like all biblical names. What about Noah? Beck reminds me of a singer and I've never heard of Zeke before so am reticent to comment. Maybe it's like my daughter's name and kind of grows on you? Good luck for a hassle free labour and a beautiful Maya, Seth, Beck or Zeke at the end of it! :)

Thank you so much all for your responses and well wishes, everyone has been lovely. I appologise for the late reply, I haven't been online for a little while, busy, busy, busy as I'm sure you all are. I must say my favourites have been changing so we'll just have to wait and see. I still love Maya for a girl, but hubby is not convinced. Will see. Thank you all again, love to chat.
Rachel :)
