sports and playgroups for 2yr old south of river

im from rockingham but am willing to travel anywhere down south of river if anyone can tell me where there is some good playgroups and also whether there is any sports i can get my 2yr old into.
my ds is very clever and full of energy that needs burning up.he gets very bored with just mummy playing with him although he sees his cousins once a week he needs something else.

anyone got any ideas?

the only thing i do is kindygym at the warnbro ymca. ive also read on here somewhere there is a kindygym at the recaqua or something like that and it is cheaper. im going to look into that one also.

Have you been to Fantasy Park just of Rand Avenue. I take my kids there all the time (we live a walk away) and the playgroup is great for my 21mth old. She has great fun there.

As for playgroups I go to Marilla House which is at 26 Dargin Way, Rockingham. I go twice a week and me and my girl love it. It's a mix of civvy and Navy wives (me being one). The coordinator and a few members of the committee are civvy which is great as it helps to keep the place open when some of us move on.

If you need any info let me know. It's worth a try. It's a small playgroup with great outdoor equipment to wear out your 2yo.

i havent got him in swimming yet as ive just had cs with dd so am waiting for the all clear from doc to start the swimming
