Hi Ladies

I'm 7 weeks pg and for the last couple of weeks my breasts have been sore (particularly my nipples). Now they still feel 'fuller' but the pain has gone away.

Being my first pregnancy, I'm wondering if this is 'normal'.

Thanks - Experiences or thoughts would be appreciated :)

hmm sounds pretty normal to me... :) I remember that mine were so sore at the start that drying myself after a shower was difficult...they did settle though..

congratulations on the pregnancy :smiliedance:

mine didnt even get sore, and my symptons only lasted 10 days, i wished mine got bigger, but no luck:D . sometimes your body just adjusts to the hormones quickly:D

Mine stayed sore till around the 12th week I think, but sore breasts, although a symptom of pg - dont mean anything. Like morning sickness, some people experience it, some dont. Some get it for 2 days, some for 9 months.. it just individual. I dont think it is abnormal:)

Im 9 weeks now, and for whole 9 weeks mine were soooo sore. Thats what got me thinking to being pregnant...

Now they are fine, just bigger already  ... my bras dont even fit

I get what you mean by the "fuller" feeling...thats how i feel as well

yeah, sounds normal! when i was first preggo, my boobs were unbelievable sore..could hardly stand to put a bra on. then, after about 7 or 8 weeks they stopped hurting and i got worries (first timer too!!). i'm now 21 weeks and all is good and boobs still are ok! not as big as i'd hoped (hehe) but certainly getting there!! when i was younger i couldn't wait to get the big preggo boobs...hehe
congrats and good luck!

Everyone's different. In my first pg my boobs were so sore that I could barely touch them. This time they were pretty tender for a few weeks but not too bad, and all the soreness had gone by about 8 - 9 weeks. They're steadily growing, but I caught up with a good friend the other day who is also pg but a couple of weeks further along - and hers were just huge!
