Ooo I wanna kick butt:smiliedance: . Why is there no karate emoticon?

I don't live near Ipswich though... Might watch a Jackie Chan film instead.

Learning through television. I like it :D .

do you know if there is a minimum age for the self defence class. I would like to do it but I would also like to take my 13 year old daughter. I know it would mean a day off school but she never stays home and I think this could be very worthwhile for both of us.

Hey. I don't think there is a minimum age - and I think it would be REALLY beneficial for your daughter - good one Mum!

These things are really good. If you can get to it you would not regret it.
