Hello,
I just rang up about gym classes for my DD (18months) and we start next thursday :smiliedance: Just wondering if anyone else has done something similar, would love to hear any other experiences as I dont really know what to expect.
Thanks! :)
We used to go to kindergym and it was fantastic. Bascially the children get to play on the gym equipment and you help them, they have mazes set up, balls to play with, hoops, they can walk along the beam, jump on the trampoline, swing on bars etc. Ours also had a group session where we did songs with actions, or they would show them how to straddle sit or play with a parchute. Then the teacher would show the children how to rolls, or something on the beam. Then more free play and finish. Hope you have a lovely time.

Try YMCAs and PCYCs in your area they usually run kindergym classes:)
